Asian Squat

Although I've seen plenty of people pull this off from various backgrounds I've never actually seen people pull this move off so casually like I did when visiting China and Thailand. If you manage to master this move you will litterally never need a chair again.

Step 1

Squat down as far as possible and rest your ass on your calves.

Step 2

Start to lean forward slightly and get your weight down.

Step 3

Place your heels on the ground so your feet are flat and planted on the ground.


Chances are if you've never done this move it will be quite uncomfortable, but after a few months of practice you can bust it out ANYWHERE.
